    $97,000-117,000

    Job Description Summary:

    The Data Systems Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data systems and solutions that support our organization's data-driven initiatives.

    Your expertise in data modeling, database management, and software development will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of our data, as well as enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

    Design, develop, and implement data systems and solutions that align with business objectives and enhance data management and analytics capabilities.

    Perform data modeling, database design, and optimization to ensure efficient and effective storage and retrieval of data.

    Develop and maintain data pipeline processes to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into our data systems.

    Implement data governance and data quality measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data.
    Develop and maintain data integration solutions to enable seamless data flow and information exchange between different systems and platforms.
    Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages and technologies suitable for data systems development.
    Perform data analysis and develop data visualizations and reports to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions to business challenges.

    Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in data management, data analytics, and data systems development, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in STEM field.

    2 years Business or Data Analysis, Data Science, or Data Systems Developer or similar role, with a focus on data management and systems development.

    Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java.
    Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
    Experience with data modeling, database design, and optimization.
    Knowledge of data integration techniques and tools, such as ETL processes, APIs, and data pipelines.
    Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles and practices.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
