    Position OverviewAs a Senior Associate Brand Manager, you will use your strong business acumen and agile marketing strategies and tactics to drive profitability, growth, and excitement for Rogue - one of the fastest growing and highly visible brands in our portfolio.

    Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy and working closely with the Sr. Brand Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in driving brand strategy and implementing key marketing initiatives.

    You will have exposure to all facets of managing the brand and will be on a fast-track to become our team's next Brand Manager.

    The RoleManage and execute key winning brand strategies with your cross-functional teammates, including-but not limited to-strategic brand planning, product development, packaging/quality initiatives, pricing analysis, distribution planning, advertising, and retail/shopper marketing.

    Collaborate with Business Analytics and CMI to optimize the brand's monthly reporting structure, track innovation launches, and lead key research projects and assessments of market trends, turning insights into growth plans.

    Lead strategy and execution of experiential events, top industry trade shows, and key external partnerships in collaboration with Marketing Operations and Trade.

    Be the face of the Brand and key contact with cross functional leaders.

    Ensure all strategic brand documents, including annual plans, P&L statements, and brand standards, are communicated to key stakeholders and available for reference on shared corporate platforms.

    Partner with Finance to facilitate timely financials, P&L analysis, specialized reports, financial transparency, and budgetary requests and revisions.

    Manage Brand's P&L statementsThe Experience NeededThree years of relevant experience working in marketing or brand managementTwo years of relevant experience analyzing financial processes and activities, project management, and preparing and giving presentations to internal and external key contacts/senior managementDemonstrated excellent time management and organizational skillsDemonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

    Demonstrated ability to turn consumer insights into measurable marketing initiativesKnowledge of and ability to apply marketing concepts (e.g., brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT Analysis, competitive assessment, marketing objectives and strategies, consumer segmentation) used in the development of marketing plansEnthusiastic, goal-driven attitude with the ability to follow up and follow through proactivelyExcellent interpersonal skills.

    Ability to build relationships and work well with all levels of employees, including senior managementPrior exposure to Creative and Digital Advertising processes and executions.

    Proficiency with MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldTravel 15% to 25%This position has an option to be remote with monthly travel to the Jacksonville headquarters.

    The Preferred ExperienceTwo plus years' experience working with age-restricted products, value chains, and/or industries affected by regulatory restrictions.
