- Input and manage inventory using a processor and point-of-sale software platforms
- Prioritize and process all incoming ticket purchases across several platforms to ensure prompt and accurate order delivery
- Manage and reconcile ticket inventory
- Process ticket transfers when requested
- Monitor upcoming fulfillment pipeline and resolve inventory availability issues
- Maintain relationships with customer support department at several ticketing platforms
- Liaise with a remote back-office team
- Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information and identifying and communicating solutions
- Reconcile credit card payments and refunds
