    Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within our organization. As an HR Generalist, you will collaborate closely with team members and departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.     Responsibilities:

    Multi-State Payroll and Employee Benefit Administration:

    • Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
    • Serve as a liaison between employees and benefit providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

    HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and payroll systems.
    • Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
    • Generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and organizational effectiveness.

    Compensation Planning Coordinator:

    • Assist in coordinating the mid-year and year end compensation planning process, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus programs.
    • Collaboration within the HR Team and Practice Leaders to ensure accurate and timely completion of compensation planning activities.
    • Maintain compensation data and records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

    Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolution.
    • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or conflicts, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring fair and impartial outcomes.
    • Advise management on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

    HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, guidelines, and initiatives.
    • Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, advising management on compliance matters.

    Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for employees into their roles.
    • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on multi-state payroll, employee benefit administration, compensation planning coordination, recruitment, and employee relations.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.
