- Consultant must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience satisfactorily providing the same or similar services . Prior experience working with counties, municipalities, special districts, or otherpublic entities is preferred.
- Consultant shall be registered and authorized to do business in the State of Florida and be in good standing.
- Any consultant who does not meet these minimum requirements shall not be eligible to be considered for placement on the list of qualified on-call consultants.
