Our esteemed client, a prominent national law firm, seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience to bolster their team.

Specialized knowledge in mergers and acquisitions and a genuine passion for healthcare are paramount. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in transactional healthcare. Familiarity with healthcare operations is helpful.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in financing, corporate representation, entity formation, capitalizations, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and customer and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities include drafting acquisition agreements and related documents. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a collaborative demeanor in interactions with clients at all levels are essential.
Admission to the Texas bar or eligibility for immediate waiver is required.
