Manages multiple transportation programs and projects within the RPG including Charleston County Sales Tax Program bridge replacement and enhancement projects Local Public Agency (LPA) projects interstate projects and other assigned initiatives.+ Directs project development activities to ensure compliance with schedules budgets and program objectives.+ Monitors assignment of responsibilities within SCDOT coordinates all required reviews and submittals verifies contractual compliance identifies compliance issues facilitates resolution in accordance with SCDOT policies applicable state federal laws regulations.+ Manages full project delivery process for multiple in-house consultant-led projects including scoping scheduling budgeting coordination through development construction closeout phases Recommends strategies to ensure schedules are met risks mitigated.
