- Execute personnel procedures and policies, offering guidance and interpretation for business operations
- Administer staffing services, coordinate benefits and compensation administration, and manage performance management processes
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure an exceptional first-day employee experience
- Ensure compliance with HR state and federal regulations, update policies and procedures as necessary
- Manage HRIS and Talent Acquisition systems, maintaining accurate digital records for employee profiles and producing data reports as needed
- Contribute to the development and communication of employee handbook, directory, and organizational charts
- Conduct stay and exit interviews, coordinate offboarding processes for terminations, and serve as a resource for employees on HR and benefits-related issues
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience
- Generalist experience within HR
- Experience in non-profit, healthcare, or education sectors preferred
- Familiarity with database systems, Kronos experience is advantageous
- Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote with flexibility
