responsibilities:
Candidates must have experience requirements gathering and data analysis. Needs to be a self-starter who has led requirements sessions. Ideal candidate will be someone who has a robust understanding of the requirements analysis lifecycle, Data analysis, Financial experience and robust foundational RDBMS expertise. The emphasis is on business and data analysis, as opposed to a technology skillset (developers, DBS, etc.).
Additional responsibilities may include data management, data lineage/metadata, data controls; experience in data control governance; data defect/issue/deficiency remediation; documenting data flows/process flows
Work effort coordination/management experience, current process assessment and improvement experience
Experience writing business requirements as JIRA stories
Experience working in Agile Scrum & Kanban environments
robust data profiling and data analytics
robust SQL writing experience (joins, unions, sub-queries)
Experience understanding pseudo SQL code
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
