In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise in skin care, waxing, and advanced cosmetic treatments will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, makeup application, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Conduct specialized procedures like dermabrasion to improve skin health and appearance.
• Provide hair removal services with precision
• Utilize salon management software to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and work areas in accordance with health regulations.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to maximize results and satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience as an esthetician or skincare specialist with knowledge of a variety of facial and body treatments.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote skincare products and increase client engagement.
• Hands-on experience with advanced cosmetic procedures such as eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, Botox, and laser treatments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of salon software systems for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics required by state regulations.
• Additional skills in nail care, barbering, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, or other beauty services are a plus.
