We are headquartered in Logan, UT and you are welcome to work from the office or mostly anywhere else in the US (there are a few exceptions). We are very experienced and comfortable working in a remote-friendly environment. We currently use Slack, Zoom, and Google to keep our communication alive and engaged

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a Product Manager for iFIT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and defining our software product. You will be responsible for driving the execution of features and enhancements within your domain that will delight our users and contribute to the overall success of the iFIT subscription. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, testing, legal, engineering, marketing, growth, and research to deliver a seamless and impactful user experience. As a Product Manager you are a representative of our iFIT customers, the business needs, and are responsible for ensuring we are focusing on the most impactful features. Our Product Managers work hand in hand with our Product Designers to create the best experiences possible for our users. Reporting to the VP of Product Experience, this role will play a crucial part in shaping our offerings, overseeing their execution, and ensuring their alignment with our mission to revolutionize the fitness industry through technology in a fast paced environment.

    This is a temporary contract position.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Feature Development and Prioritization:
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, for new features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create detailed product requirements, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Prioritize feature backlogs based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Understand tradeoffs and value propositions.
  • User-Centric Approach:
  • Champion a user-centric mindset by deeply understanding user needs through research, feedback, and data analysis.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision-making, and conduct user testing to validate assumptions and refine product iterations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure features are developed according to specifications, within timelines, while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and launch plans.
  • Performance Tracking and Iteration:
  • Define key product metrics and establish KPIs to measure the success of features and overall application performance.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and iterate on the product to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Communication and Leadership:
  • Clearly communicate product goals, progress, and results to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
