    Salesforce Solution Lead (Telecom or Media)


    Location:
    Anywhere in USA (Travel 60-70%)


    Job Description:


    Overall, 8-12 Years of IT Experience
    5+ Years of experience in Salesforce Implementation with hands on Salesforce Experience
    2+ years in CX Consulting working with Customers identifying and solving business problems
    At least 1 Telecom or Media transformation program experience with in-depth understanding of Industry domain and Trends. Good understanding of telecom/ media ecosystem applications
    Ability to manage diverse team and project stake holders (Customer & management, Salesforce)
    Experience in working with team based in multiple time zones
    Innovation Mindset
    8-12 Years overall with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Implementation Projects CRM/CX Consulting & Transformation Experience (Preferably SFDC)
    Telecom or Media industry domain experience
    Ability to manage stake holders
    Salesforce Certified
