    Sales Executive/Business Development (Landscape Development)*

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive/Business Development professional to join our team and drive growth in our landscape development division.


    Position Overview:


    As a Sales Executive/Business Development professional specializing in Landscape Development, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth within the landscape development sector.

    You will leverage your expertise in landscape design and construction to understand client needs and propose customized solutions that align with their vision and objectives.

    This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of landscape development practices.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Identify and prioritize target markets and prospective clients within the landscape development industry.
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in landscape development.
    Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, architects, landscape architects, contractors, and project owners.
    Conduct thorough needs assessments and site evaluations to understand client requirements and project specifications.

    Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to develop innovative landscape solutions that meet client needs and budgetary constraints.

    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our landscape development services.
    Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business agreements.
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM software.
    Represent Continuum Services at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

    Education, Experience and Skills Required:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Landscape Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
    Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on landscape development or related industries.
    In-depth knowledge of landscape design principles, construction techniques, and plant materials.
    Strong understanding of the landscape development market, including emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
    Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
