The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is a dynamic organization that currently supports 200 staff working in 30 Early Childhood and Out of School Time programs with a large geographic footprint.We have an exciting, full-time opportunity for a caring, energetic, and organized individual to oversee programming and daily enrichment activities in Andover, NH.
The Site Director is responsible for the overall daily operations of a site with the primary concern for a comprehensive outcome-driven program and service delivery. Also supervises and trains staff handles personnel issues manages the facility manages budget accounts manages community relations volunteers membership administration.,
Responsibilities
- Establishes site programs activities services that prepare youth success create outcome-driven Club experience. ,
- Promotes stimulates program participation registers new members participates club orientation process provides guidance role modeling members. ,
- Ensures healthy safe environment well-maintained facilities equipment supplies. ,
