    POSITION: Operations Support Director (Full-Time, Exempt)

    COMPENSATION: Pursuant to applicable regulations, if this job is performed in a relevant State, the salary range is $110,000-$120,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance.     SUMMARY: As the Director of Operations Support, you coordinate support to our operations team, including management information systems, information technology (IT), ancillary income and revenue maximization, and contract and vendor management of technical and information systems. In some cases, the support will be internal to CGM, and the Director will manage national vending partners to provide outsourced services.

    In addition, the Director of Operations Support will work with the team to ensure an adequate understanding of best practices/procedures and continually improve work processes. They will maintain a knowledge base of technical and system solutions to ensure the organization's infrastructure is as efficient and productive as possible.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including but not limited to)

    • Provide strategic leadership in evaluating, planning, and deploying industry-specific technology tools and systems for a successful client-based, residential, multi-family, real estate management and corporate infrastructure.
    • Staying abreast of technology trends and contemporary best practices that affect Cardinal's Technology programs and products.
    • Promote and manage the successful onboarding of new properties to include change management, conversions, training, documentation and ongoing support to property sites.
    • Supervise the Support Team and communicate standards for operating such as expected volume/quantity levels, establishing consistency and teamwork standards.
    • Manage the helpdesk ticket system and prioritize direct report and team member needs.
    • Lead and provide exceptional customer service/assistance to communities and HQ team members.
    • Support software product customization based on community requirements.
    • Perform data mapping and conversions ensuring data is accurate and efficient.
    • Perform system and business process audits to confirm compliance across the portfolio.
    • Implement tactical plans for community growth, takeovers, acquisitions/dispositions and new development.
    • Make recommendations on best practices and operational procedures relating to contract management and ancillary income practices.
    • Manage the company's national vendor and partner relationships.
    • Monitor department's workload and ensure proper staffing coverage and participate and recommend all team staffing issues.
    • Ensure smooth daily operation of all systems as well as maintain and update test environments.
    • Research available system enhancements and upgrades to solve open work order requests and/or to achieve management goals.
    • Develop strong working relationships with Operational Directors/Managers, as well as other members of executive and management team.
    • Delegating responsibilities with ultimate responsibility for performance of systems and networks.
    • Manage vending partner that provides network security administration and hardware/software administrative access.
    • Assist with other projects and assignments as assigned by team leader.
    • Attend seminars, webcasts, conferences, read professional journals, etc. to keep apprised of new industry developments, new products, compliance and regulatory changes.
    • Participate in Cardinal U training as required.

    • Minimum five years of experience in property management and systems analysis with complex systems, software, reporting and information requests.

    The Team Member must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver office products and supplies of up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    Routine local travel is required to attend training classes, client visits, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. Overnight travel required to attend company functions, training, property visits, and other situations necessary for the accomplishment of special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
