Assistant Commercial Property Manager Needed in Houston

Job summary
The Assistant Commercial Property Manager will support all aspects of commercial property operations and administration. The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk,hear and reach using feet legs back arms and hands.
The employee may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision distance vision color vision depth perception
and the ability to adjust focus. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work flexible hours
and weekends as needed.
- Assisting with the oversight of building operations including tenant relations maintenance requests lease administration AR/AP
vendor relations. - Provide local marketing support for small commercial spaces e.g running local ads; collaborate with RedTail or third-party brokers for mid-sized to large spaces.
