    LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

    Position: Travel – Home Health Visit Nurse (RN)
    Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Duration: 13 weeks
    Start / End: 03/16/2026 – 05/31/2026
    Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
    Weekend Requirement: None
    Holidays: As required
    Patients/Day: ~5–7 visits
    Priority: Low

    Requirements

    • License: Active Alabama RN or Compact (No temp licenses) + NURSYS
    • Certifications: BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
    • Experience: 2 years preferred (will consider 18 months with 1 year Home Health)
    • EMR: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) – required
    • Auto Insurance: Proof required at submission

    Role Highlights

    • Skilled home health visits; collaborate with RN Care Manager and IDT
    • OASIS documentation (timely/accurate), weekly wound measurements
    • Medication reconciliation, patient/family education
    • Participate in IDT meetings and on-call rotation
    • Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and extensive mobility
