    Description:

    Support inbound calls from members and perform financial transactions

    Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services for members' needs

    Maintain knowledge of services such as insurance, investments, and mortgage

    Provide 5-star customer service to all members and create a lasting impression

    Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives, along with meeting quarterly sales goals

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role required

    Ability to listen to member needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their needs

    Must be comfortable meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment while providing stellar customer service

    Possess excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and understand member concerns

    Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

    Hours of Operation: must be open to M-F 6am-6:30pm

    Training Program: 5 weeks

    M-F 8am-5pm

    1st week: learning the ropes, systems/products/services they offer

    2nd week: will start speaking with members, working alongside a rep or trainer while rep navigates through computer systems

    3rd week: will switch, navigate computer systems while rep is on the phones

    4th/5th week: shadowing

    Work Environment:

    smart casual dress attire, similar to start-up tech company feel

    Game room to utilize when on breaks/lunch (includes TVs, ping-pong, and cornhole)

    Stand-up desks for every employee

    Lounge areas all around two story office

    Two treadmill desks if looking to be active while working

    Deluxe coffee machines in break rooms

    Self-serve market in downstairs cafeteria room (with sodas, healthy snacks/meals, energy drinks, coffee)

    Very open floor-plan, consists of 80 CSRs with different seniorities
