    American Financial, an affiliate of American Car Center, is seeking a Bankruptcy Coordinator for our corporate location in Memphis, TN. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated with an inquisitive mindset and capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment while performing multiple responsibilities. If you are detail-oriented and have proven administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, we want to speak with you

    Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and respond to all inquiries
    • Set up loans and legal documents
    • Prepare affidavits
    • Update the Bankruptcy Managers Calendar
    • Perform other related duties as required or as assigned
    Qualifications:
    • Ability to computer basic match calculations
    • Must be computer savvy with the ability to operate at a fast pace and have a sense of urgency
    • Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills
    • Ability to go above and beyond to deliver quality work
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
    • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
