- Work within an electronic time-keeping-system and review reports.
- Extract data and analyze for accuracy, following up on identified errors.
- Communicate with participants and workers to verify data.
- Prepare timecards for payroll.
- An Associates Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work within a team setting.
- Strong customer service and computer skills.
- Fluency and proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) in Spanish and English is preferred for this position.
