    Staffing Coordinator

    We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator in Charlotte, NC.

    This role involves recruiting talent employees, working with clients to identify the best candidates, and ensuring employees receive their weekly pay. The position reports to the Branch Manager.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Employee Scheduling and Coordination: Support the office by taking incoming calls, screening and interviewing candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates; return applicant calls for screening and scheduling; document all candidate activity.
    • Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Post open positions on job boards such as Indeed and Craigslist. Ensure employees complete new hire paperwork, including oral drug screening and background screening.
    • Time Keeping and Attendance Monitoring: Assist with processing weekly payroll. Gather timesheets and punch corrections by deadline.
    • Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate data records of employee schedules, availability, and contact information.
    • Communication and Collaboration: Respond to employee, field operations, and corporate correspondence. Answer general inquiries and refer questions to the appropriate person.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum 1 year of recruiting, staffing, hospitality experience.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and phone skills.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Experience with digital marketing and job board platforms.
    • Knowledge: Knowledge of employment practices in a diverse workforce. Knowledge of recruitment advertising and marketing techniques.
    • Time Management: Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Other: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Eligibility Requirements:

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
    • Must be willing to undergo a drug screening.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
