- Shift: Various day shifts available, no weekends
- Unit: Pingree
- Pay: Starting at $16.50/hour
- Rate increases based upon years of experience
- Assists clients with participation in classroom, skills groups, and educational outings according to their abilities and needs
- Assists the treatment team in providing academic and therapeutic structure through the application of behavioral techniques and procedures
- Implements therapeutic interventions to encourage and support self-management, communication, and social skills
- Charts the progress of assigned clients through progress notes to ensure the ongoing evaluation of client strengths and opportunities
- Provides input and recommendations to the treatment team for the development and implementation of the Treatment Plan and the Behavioral Intervention/Management Plan
- Assists in de-escalating clients when necessary or intervening when the behavior of an individual poses a threat of harm to themselves and/or others
- Supports client health by assisting with hygiene responsibilities as required

- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year working with children preferred
- Must obtain RBT certification within 90 days
