    The EHS Leader/Lead for Radiometer is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating safety policies and procedures site wide.

    This position is part of the safety department located in New Brighton and will be onsite. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Ensure the sites compliance to all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies including maintaining all EHS programs such as IIPP, hazardous waste, blood borne pathogens, lab safety, PPE, Lockout/tagout.
    • Provide new regulation analysis and training.
    • Conduct new hire and on-going health and safety training as required and necessary
    • Identify site environmental concerns and leading continuous improvement of EHS metrics, processes, programs, and policies.
    • Lead the sites safety committee on all initiatives including EHS audits, emergency response team, and emergency evacuation plans.
    • Own the incident process including, investigating, implementing solutions, filing claims, and following up with associates.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    • At least two years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor's degree

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    • Degree in occupational safety or related discipline
    • Certified certificate in CSP, CI, or ASP
    • Medical Industry EHS
