- Ensure the sites compliance to all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies including maintaining all EHS programs such as IIPP, hazardous waste, blood borne pathogens, lab safety, PPE, Lockout/tagout.
- Provide new regulation analysis and training.
- Conduct new hire and on-going health and safety training as required and necessary
- Identify site environmental concerns and leading continuous improvement of EHS metrics, processes, programs, and policies.
- Lead the sites safety committee on all initiatives including EHS audits, emergency response team, and emergency evacuation plans.
- Own the incident process including, investigating, implementing solutions, filing claims, and following up with associates.
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Degree in occupational safety or related discipline
- Certified certificate in CSP, CI, or ASP

The EHS Leader/Lead for Radiometer is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating safety policies and procedures site wide.
