    Partner consultatively with clients to conduct searches and fill physician staffing needs
    Communicate regularly with clients regarding search activity
    Achieve productivity goals and metrics
    Call physicians to proactively source viable candidates
    Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow up
    Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activity
    Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of physician candidates
    Use creativity to create effective job advertisements for open opportunities
    Travel overnight to conduct onsite client profiles
    President's Club Trips to exotic locations like France, Ireland, Spain, Greece, Italy, etc

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of successful recruiting or sales experience required (more experienced candidates welcome to apply).
    • Healthcare and/or staffing industry experience preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills required.
    • Professionalism and confidence to effectively communicate with medical professionals and hospital executives required.
    • Computer, organizational, and client/customer service skills required.
    • Salesforce/CRM experience preferred.
    • Stable employment history with verifiable references required.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
