We are currently seeking a Solar Programs, Senior Project Manager - Consumer Protection (Compliance) to join our Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) Department. As a member of the DERs Department, you will assist with driving customer participation in programs that incentivize the adoption of distributed and community solar. Solar energy is critical in driving our nation's progress toward a decarbonized grid, and you will play a material role in helping our team make this future a reality.
This position will report to the Senior Manager of the Consumer Protection team and will support our work as the Program Administrator for Illinois Shines. Illinois Shines is the statewide incentive program aimed at assisting people across Illinois to more affordably transition to solar power. To meet Illinois' goal of having 100% of its energy come from renewable energy sources by 2050, it is imperative that consumers' rights are protected when working with companies registered with the Program. The salary range for this role is $92,000–$125,000/annually with a target compensation of $106,250/annually based on experience and qualifications
Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Office Locations and a Remote Workforce
Energy Solutions operates as a predominantly remote workforce with offices in six different locations. Employees who reside within 40 miles of an office (except New York) will be assigned to that location, though in-office attendance requirements may vary by team.
