Job summary
Supports day-to-day physical operation and maintenance of existing observatory network (14 in total) by gathering data for facilities reports plans projects assisting facility manager preparation submittal purchase requests coordinating scheduling completion annual maintenance tasks vendors onsite contractors addressing facilities problems recommending solutions implementation plans reviewing draft condition assessments accuracy creating basic drawing schematics support program projects maintaining documentation project tasks progress reporting accomplishments discussion upcoming work including problems applicants selected may subject government security investigation meet eligibility requirements access classified information skills building systems design codes autocad bluebeam hvac electrical lighting instrumentation controls installation engineering maintenance igce independent government cost estimates proposal cost estimates research independent government cost estimate troubleshooting hardware cable cca.
