    Job Title: Dental Assistant

    Overview:

    We are looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at My Crossroads Dentist.

    As a Dental Assistant, you will work in a dynamic environment that values patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the delivery of exceptional dental care to our patients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome patients, providing them with a comfortable and supportive experience throughout their dental journey.
    • Conduct thorough reviews of patient health histories to ensure quality care.
    • Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments using state-of-the-art technology.
    • Provide superior chairside assistance to supported dentists during various procedures, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
    • Manage supply and inventory levels, placing and expediting orders as needed.
    • Partner with providers and team members to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize office workflow.

    Qualifications:

    • Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
    • Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification (if required under the state dental practice act).
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions, with regular HIPAA training and data safeguards required.
