Purpose:
Responsible for assisting with planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities. Creates and implements campaigns for local and internal advertising to maximize brand awareness and digital presence. This person also leads our reputation management to strengthen customer relationships with a positive and effective attitude.

Responsibilities:
o Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as social media, content marketing, email or events
o Develop and manage day-to day content and social media marketing programs, including actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
o Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
o Capture high quality photographs and video, perform editing and organizing of all footage to develop an overall photo and video brand messaging strategy
o Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
o Assist with organizing promotional events
o Conduct market research and identify trends

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
o Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
o 3-5 years of experience in marketing or advertising
o Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
o Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
o Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
o Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns
o Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
o Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
o Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
o Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
o Must have a high level of creativity
o Occasional travel may be required
o Must have a sense of humor
