Responsibilities
Hiring, training and directing individuals who are performing at various levels of the operation. Accountable for ensuring compliance with all relevant safety environmental and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA EPA FDA as applicable). Responsible for maintaining documentation and participating in audits or inspections Completes performance reviews for all direct reports including setting objectives conducting evaluations and managing corrective actions conducting regular 1:1s supporting development plans Identifying high-potential employees supporting succession planning facilitating career development opportunities within the team Supporting change initiatives communicating changes effectively and supporting staff through transitions new processes technologies organizational changes Maintain build develop improve staff by setting clear expectations training monitoring coaching following through on develop plans one on one meetings Maintain positive work environment by ensuring consistent communication feedback follow up recognition Partnering with support groups engineering plant leadership to maintain accurate productivity standards Identify continuous improvement opportunities eliminate waste leading projects moderate complexity Assist capacity planning regarding both equipment processes Ensure lean production culture adhered to including S Kanban Kaizen participation leadership sustainment Manage measure report key metrics Other duties assigned +Qualifications
