Don's Custom Cabinets and Countertops is a family-owned business (with over 40 years in the industry) that provides custom and semi-custom cabinets and countertops for kitchen and bath projects.

We are located in Longmont, Colorado and provide services along the northern front range.

We are currently looking for a Showroom Sales Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an organized person with a positive attitude that enjoys working with people.

This position will require a personality that is welcoming, calming and inviting, who can easily engage in conversations with customers and vendors.

Duties include greeting walk-in customers in our showroom, phone support, providing material choices, and scheduling. Also, our showroom manager will create cabinet and countertop designs on Counter Go, Systemize and Pro Kitchen software. This manager will work closely with our four elite installation teams and our in-house fabricating team.

We believe in creating more value by operating a lean company. This entails more organization and productivity and less waste. We save time with this efficiency daily to benefit our customers.
