- A High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Calibrate, maintain, repair, and install a variety of complex analog/digital electronic test equipment used in production settings.
- Calibrate various electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic measuring and test equipment.
- Plan, set up, and perform required operations to calibrate, maintain, and repair electronic/hydraulic test equipment to manufacturers or customers specifications.
- Diagnose problems and determine the extent of repairs necessary.
- Disassemble equipment to replace or repair damaged or defective parts.
- Reassemble and test equipment to verify performance, accuracy, and compliance.
- Perform fault isolation activities and logically interpret fault symptoms.
- Work closely with engineering and recommend any changes to be made to calibration procedures.
- Review daily computer and/or manual calibration lists to ensure timely calibration of test equipment.
- Keep a detailed history of calibration history.
