    Job Description:

    As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content across various platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Additionally, you will oversee all community communications, managing platforms such as Mailchimp, Discord, message boards, and more.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
    • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.
    • Manage all social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with the online community, fostering engagement and loyalty.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Oversee community communications channels, including Mailchimp newsletters, Discord servers, and online message boards.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align community efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
    • Manage PR needs as they arise.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a social media manager or community manager for a brand or marketing agency.
    • Proficiency in using creative suites/platforms to develop compelling visual and written content.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices for content creation and engagement.
    • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
    • Proven track record of driving engagement and growth on social media channels.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • B2B experience is a plus.
