Job Title: Member Frontline Cashier

Summary: As a Member Frontline Cashier at Sam's Club, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our members. You will be responsible for running registers, supporting members through the self-checkout experience, and maintaining a clean area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, and maintain a clean area.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources.

Requirements:

• Customer Service experience.
• Retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• Working with mobile retail applications.
