- Minimum of 10 years of applied engineering experience in power electronics (firmware and hardware)
- MS or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or similar field
- Significant experience in programming and using Microcontrollers/FPGAs
- Significant experience with electric motor control, inverters, and DC converters firmware
- Expert in Altium Designer (or similar software)
- Deep knowledge of power electronics and electric machines
- Strong comprehension of design fundamentals
- Able to start working immediately
