- Reviews data reports and report any findings to Team Lead
- Follows up on outstanding conditions
- Uploads missing and/or corrected documents to the LOS
- Sends missing and/or corrected documents to the Sub-servicer and Document Custodian
- Performs additional tasks that each team member is responsible for to keep the flow of the Secondary Delivery department moving in a timely manner
- Assists in shipping HomeSafe loans
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- BA - Bachelor of Arts
- At least 1 year of experience mortgage banking or loan processing preferred
- Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
- Knowledge of mortgage banking
- Analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Highly organized
- Multi-tasking and prioritization skills necessary
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under time constraints
- Ability to organize and coordinate projects
