- Minimum of 3 years of acute care hospital experience.
- Prior experience in Interventional Radiology.
- BSN degree; MSN preferred.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills (Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, Manager, etc)
- Oversee the daily operations of the Interventional Radiology unit.
- Lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
