Job DescriptionContractors will be involved in building and deploying the technical infrastructure

• PCs, printers, etc.

Responds to help desk requests from local users for direct assistance and fast path training on systems in use.
Installs, maintains, and repairs personal computer devices and programs.

Answers support calls, logs calls, documents call resolutions and provides telephone based customer service andtroubleshooting for the Health Systemas computer equipment and related applications.

Effectively communicates to end-users, other departments, administration, vendors and IS staff in layman terms so thatcomplex technical issues are understood by them.

Education Associates Degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent related work experience.

Experience Two to five years of desktop and network maintenance and supportTechnical Skills In depth knowledge of desktop technologies, working knowledge of networking technologiesLicense/Certification Certified professional in computer maintenance and repair, certified network administrator orequivalent work experience.

Other Healthcare experience preferredEducation:
