    Full-Time Patient Support Specialist

    Zynex is seeking the best Patient Support Specialist in the state to join our team.

    A Patient Support Specialist is responsible for contributing consistent exceptional service to our patients by providing detailed information on products, services, and billing.

    This role will identify the patients' needs and present outcomes for a positive patient experience.

Every problem or bottleneck is to be resolved with an efficient solution that is consistent with our strategy.

    Call Center hours from Monday - Friday between 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

In addition to patients, your customers may be coworkers, clinics, the Zynex sales team, etc.

    Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
    Educate on Product Features & Troubleshooting


    • Assist customers with understanding how to use their device.
    • Conduct troubleshooting for common patient usage issues.
    • Answer questions regarding Zynex's suite of pain management devices.
    Explain Payments & Billing


    • Provide patient education on Zynex Medical's billing processes and insurance EOBs.
    • Explain patient bills including charges, insurance allowable, adjustments, coinsurance, and payments.
    • Take payments by phone.
    Negotiate Payment Plans


    • Educate patients on the value of their device.
    • Find a payment plan that will allow patients to meet their financial obligation.
    • Negotiate pricing for equipment with patients as needed.
    Bonus opportunity

    * $500.00 after completing 90 days of employment
    * $500.00 after completing 6 months of employment

    Education Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree beneficial.

    Physical & Environmental Requirements:

    • Fast-paced, professional office environment with frequent interruptions.
    • Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and telephones.
    • Proficiency with office computers and Microsoft Office software.
    • Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means.
    • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
