    Senior Infrastructure Systems Administrator

    Tower Loan is searching for a

    full-time Senior Infrastructure Systems Administrator

    to join the IT team.

    Responsibility Summary:


    Assume ownership of the architecture and management of critical IT infrastructures, including Microsoft Exchange/O365, Active Directory, Virtualization, Servers, Network, and Storage (SAN) systems.

    Develop comprehensive monitoring reports to assess and analyze the performance of various systems within the organization.
    Lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of new software and hardware across the organization's IT environment.
    Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.
    Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support the dynamic needs of the IT department.

    Minimal Qualifications:
    Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or computer Networking is preferred.
    Minimum of 4 years of experience in system administration.
    Proven experience in troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
    Strong team player with the ability to contribute effectively in a team environment.
    Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and other Cloud Technologies.
    Expertise with Windows operating systems including Windows 10+, Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019.
    Ability to train new system users and set up their accounts.
    Competent understanding of LAN/WAN networks.
    Proficient knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
