Job Qualifications:

Education Required:
Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
Must maintain CPR certification.
If not certified prior to employment, employer will certify as part of orientation.


Experience Required:
Prior office nursing experience preferred, but not required

Licensure Required:

Indiana Drivers LicenseMust hold a valid nursing license in the state of Indiana and/or with reciprocity filed for the state of Indiana and received within six months of employment.
