    Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced IT Support Engineer for our client, a marketing agency in Kansas City, MO

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, supportive team. The department director believes in white glove service and creating a team environment of adding value as well as a personal connection with other employees.

    • $30-35 per hour starting wage

    What you will be doing:

    • Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support services to end users
    • Onboarding new employees and off-boarding existing ones
    • Assisting with the installation, troubleshooting, upgrading, and repairing of infrastructure components
    • Documenting all support requests as well as their resolution
    • Assisting with computer and peripheral inventory management

    What you will need:

    • 2+ years of information technology experience
    • Strong understanding of MacOS, GSuite, JAMF, Okta, and VoIP
    • 1 year of experience with routing protocols such as DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP etc.
