    Contract Legal Assistant

    Location: San Francisco, CA

    Pay Rate: Up to $35 per hour

    Job Type: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite), Full-Time, 6 Month Contract (Contract-to-Hire)

    LHH is working with a corporate client in seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join their team in San Francisco, CA in a contract to hire capacity. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to support legal executives and managers in a dynamic corporate law environment. If you have a passion for organization, exceptional project coordination skills, and experience in managing legal documents, we encourage you to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal executives and managers.
    • Assist with the organization and management of paper and electronic documents, including closing binders and corporate records.
    • Coordinate legal projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
    • Manage and maintain accurate legal files and databases.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
    • Perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in corporate law, supporting legal executives and managers.
    • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination.
    • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in managing both paper and electronic documents.
    • Familiarity with corporate legal documents and processes.
    • Paralegal Certification preferred but not required.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software.
