    Job Summary:


    As a Healthcare Architect serving as a Project Manager at HFG Architecture, you will lead and manage healthcare building projects from conception through completion.

    You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and execution of projects, ensuring they meet all client specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead the planning and design process for healthcare facility projects, collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams.

    Manage project development from initial site planning to final completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

    Oversee the preparation of architectural documents and drawings, ensuring all designs meet health and safety standards, as well as environmental and regulatory compliance.

    Act as the primary liaison between clients and various stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
    Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including architects, designers, and administrative staff.
    Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and make adjustments to project plans as necessary.
    Prepare project proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and senior management.
    Stay informed of the latest healthcare industry trends and technologies, and integrate innovative solutions into project designs.


    Qualifications:
    Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
    Licensed Architect, preferably with NCARB certification.
    Proven experience in healthcare architecture and project management.
    Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit and BIM.
