    Travel Occupational Therapist - Orange Park, FL Travel Occupational Therapist jobs in Orange Park, FL offer a 13-week contract with 8-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing facility.

    You will assess patient abilities, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and help residents regain independence in daily living activities.

    You will collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, document progress, and educate patients and families on adaptive techniques.

    Orange Park, FL is known for its scenic river views, outdoor recreation, and welcoming community atmosphere. Recommended qualifications include graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program and an active Florida OT license. Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
