    • Responsibilities

    Looking for PRN PT to join our region with PT only and multidisc clinics. General ortho skills with manual therapy, and ability to treat fall risk, deconditioned, and high-level neuro patients is preferred.
  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed

    • Qualifications

    Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
    Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations
