- Oversight of minimally invasive surgery (MIS) at Monmouth Medical Center-Southern Campus
- Development of a MIS Institute that incorporates standardized care pathways, operational policies, and quality metrics
- Chairing a robotics committee with oversite over a future MMCSC robotics program
