- Perform networking and security for device related computers and printers (i.e. manufacturing related computers and printers)
- Submit and update tickets for incidents, requests, and changes, in an ITIL-compliant ticketing system (ex: ServiceNow, or similar)
- Run security scans on the devices
- Manage VoIP phone requests (CBTS GCOM service)
- Install network drops
- Work in data room; perform switch, router, server, storage cabling
- Work on static Ips, subnets, VLAN
- Configure network cards
- Perform Ethernet cabling termination and testing
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience
- Experience doing similar networking in a manufacturing shop environment is a plus
- Experience with VoIP, data room switch / router / server cabling, network drops, cable termination, datajack wall termination is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot network-related PC, printer issues (wired, wireless)
- Experience with fiber and fiber-to-Ethernet cabling (SFPs)
