- Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external correspondence.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested by executives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
