    Temporary Paralegal Opportunity in Seattle

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal support to our attorneys in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist attorneys with case preparation, including research, document management, and drafting legal documents.
    • Coordinate and manage case files from inception to conclusion.
    • Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and legal agreements.
    • Schedule meetings, depositions, and court dates, and maintain legal calendars.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis, and provide summaries to attorneys.
    • Liaise between the legal team, clients, and external parties to ensure clear communication and timely workflow.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a paralegal or comparable position.
    • Familiarity with legal terminology and understanding of legal procedures.
    • Litigation experience is preferred.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
    • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Skilled in using computer software for data entry, document management, and legal research.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    Benefits:

    • Competitive hourly rate: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour.
    • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
    • Paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave, where required by law, and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
