- Experience with subcontracts administration, contracts, proposal preparation or procurement in support of U.S. government, commercial, or international subcontracts
- Experience with supporting proposals in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of negotiating contract types, including Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Firm-Fixed-Price, Level-of-Effort (FFPLOE), Cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) Term and Level of Effort (LOE), Time and Materials (T&M), or Indefinite-Delivery/Quantity Contracts (IDIQ) types
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FARs), General Services Administration (GSA) schedules, Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), or IDIQ vehicles
- Ability to work flexible morning hours in the EST time to support a client in an earlier time zone
- HS diploma or GED

Subcontracts Administrator, SeniorKey Role:
Work in Procurement and utilize world class learning and development programs while building meaningful relationships with a diverse supply base, program team, and other cross functional internal partners.
Support the Global Defense Market as a critical member of a cross functional integrated team designed to meet our clients' missions and perform essential procurement responsibilities.
Identify, manage, and mitigate supply-based risks throughout the procurement life cycle, pre-award through post-award, in support of prime contract requirements, operational goals and business strategy by effectively partnering with other functional groups, such as Legal, Contracts, Pricing, Risk Management, Finance and others.
Perform critical procurement tasks, including creating and issuing requests for proposals, evaluating supplier proposals, conducting price analysis, pricing bill of materials, and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, license agreements, and terms and conditions.
Create small business subcontracting plans, flowing down appropriate prime contract, firm, and agency regulations.Administer subcontracts, modifications, and task orders while ensuring compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements and Booz Allen policies.
